WHY ARE THERE BUBBLES?
All our flower bowls, T-lights, and floral arrangements are handmade and some are crafted with resin (illusion water®). Having bubbles in flower bowls, T-lights, and floral arrangements is natural, not a defect, although some may appear to have more than others. Each piece is delicately created by our floral designers. We take our quality control very seriously and won't ship out anything that doesn't meet our standard. Please enjoy our hand crafted artworks to enrich your lifestyle spaces.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As soon as your order leaves our facility we will notify you via email and provide you with the tracking number.
If you have your own shipping account that you would like to use, contact us prior to placing your order.
At Emilio Robba, we do our best so that your order will arrive safely and free from any damages. However, accidents do occur from time to time. If something happened to your item(s) while in transit, contact us as soon as you receive the order to file a claim. Specific instructions can be found on the Claim Form sent with your shipment.
Production Time
Most of our products are handmade and only made to order. Small floral arrangements, such as Flower Bowls, T-light Candles, Bloom Collections may take 7-14 business days in production. Larger floral arrangements and plants may take 15-30 business days in production.
All Black Friday orders will be delivered on or before Christmas Day, while Cyber Monday orders will arrive on or before January 10th.
White Glove Delivery
If you live in Miami (or the surrounding areas) and want your item(s)to be professionally delivered by us, give us a call at (305) 572-0203 for a delivery estimate. Our White Glove Delivery includes: packaging, delivery, unloading and placing of item(s), and removal of packaging materials.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Emilio Robba, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase.
If your items arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Please fill out the claim form, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Send us back the claim form with pictures of damaged or defective merchandise within (3) days of receipt by email, so we can best serve you and provide you with replacement instructions. If you wish to exchange or return:
We want you to love everything you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you to exchange within (15) days of receipt. Please fill out the claim form, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Please send the claim form back to us within (15) days of receipt. Be aware that our product is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt or packing slip for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if necessary. Returns must be received in original condition within (30) days. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
If you wish to return your purchases due to any reason, a full credit including taxes will be issued to you. You will be able to use that credit in your future purchases in Emilio Robba Stores and/or Emilio Robba Online Boutique - credit expires 365 days from purchase date. Please fill out the claim form and send back to us within (15) days of receipt, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Returned item(s) must be received in original condition within (30) days. Please make sure to put your original receipt or packing slip along with the returned item(s). We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. If damage occurred during transition due to failure of packaging, we will not be able to refund you a full credit.
