If your items are arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Please fill out the claim form, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Send us back the claim form with pictures of damaged or defective merchandise within (3) days of receipt by email, so we can best serve you and provide you with replacement instructions. If you wish to exchange or return:
We want you to love everything you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you to exchange within (15) days of receipt. Please fill out the claim form, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Please send the claim form back to us within (15) days of receipt. Be aware that our product is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt or packing slip for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if necessary. Returns must be received in original condition within (30) days. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
If you wish to return your purchases due to any reason, a full credit including taxes will be issued to you. You will be able to use that credit in your future purchases in Emilio Robba Stores and/or Emilio Robba Online Boutique - credit expires 365 days from purchase date. Please fill out the claim form and send back to us within (15) days of receipt, we also included one hard copy in the original shipping box. Returned item(s) must be received in original condition within (30) days. Please make sure to put your original receipt or packing slip along with the returned item(s). We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. If damage occurred during transition due to failure of packaging, we will not be able to refund you a full credit.
Exchange and return exceptions:
Any custom or special order items, sale items, and promotion discounted items cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
